DUNAGAN, Chief Justice.

This suit was brought by Joe Walter Leadon against Kimbrough Brothers Lumber Company, a partnership composed of M. E. Kimbrough and Doyle Kimbrough, and each of the partners individually. The suit is for damages resulting from personal injuries allegedly suffered when the ap-pellee (plaintiff in the court below), who was an employee of appellants (defendants in the court below), was struck by a falling limb and was thrown into the blade of a power saw he was operating.
