Appellant, the village of Averyville, filed its bill in the circuit court of Peoria county praying for an injunction restraining appellees, the city of Peoria and certain of its officials, from exercising or attempting to exercise jurisdiction and government over appellant, its property and affairs, and requiring appellees to restore to appellant property taken and carried away by appellees.
