These are three bills in equity filed by the plaintiff railroad company against’ Stowe Township, Allegheny County, the school district and the county, respectively, and their treasurers and collectors, to restrain them *153from collecting taxes for 1911 and 1912 levied upon 35.181 acres of land in the township for local purposes, and to adjudge the assessment and levying of the taxes to be null and void.
