Affirming.

Prior to May, 1924, appellee for a number of years had been the owner of a plot of ground, something over 200 feet square, in the residental section of Louisa-. Some time before that it appointed a committee of three of its members to take charge of this property and employ some real estate agency to sell the same. The property was bounded on the north, east and south by wide, well paved streets and pavements, as well as curbing and guttering; but the street on the west was- not so paved and was only about half as wide as the other streets.…
