ULRICH, Judge.
Jerry Boyd appeals his conviction following jury trial of driving while intoxicated, section 577.010, RSMo Supp.1993, and sentence as an intoxication-related persistent offender, section 577.023, RSMo Supp.1993, to four years imprisonment. He also appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for postcon-viction relief without an evidentiary hearing.
