Plaintiffs, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, Inc. and Armour Pharmaceutical Company as well as fourth-party plaintiff Revlon, Inc. (collectively, the policyholders) have filed their Motion to Compel seeking information concerning the insurers’ reinsurance for the claims made in the underlying AIDS-related litigation, and the reserves which the insurers have set for the underlying claims, all of which are now being withheld *611on grounds of irrelevance, burden, privilege and confidentiality.
