MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

JOYNER, District Judge.

This Memorandum and Order addresses five outstanding discovery motions filed in this increasingly contentious action. The first two motions include a motion for a protective order filed pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 26(c) by the plaintiff, Edna Frazier, as well as Defendant’s motion to compel the deposition of Plaintiffs attorney, Bruce L. Neff, and for sanctions. The issue in both motions concerns whether the defendant, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (“SEPTA”), should be permitted to depose Mr. Neff. The remaining motions include:…
