Plaintiff-appellants Electronic Laboratory Supply Co. (“ELSCO”) and Jack Snyder-man appeal the grant of summary judgment dismissing their claims under section 34(d)(ll) of the Lanham Trademark Act, codified as amended at 15 U.S.C. § 1116(d)(ll) (1988). The defendant-appel-lees are three attorneys who allegedly obtained a wrongful ex parte seizure of appellants’ goods.
