OPINION OF THE COURT

2Per curiam

Contrary to his pleas of record, the appellant was convicted by a general court-martial of robbery and assault with intent to commit robbery in violation of Articles 122 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 922 and 934. Those findings, together with the adjudged sentence of a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 1 year and total forfeitures, remain unchanged throughout review below.
