Defendants move to dismiss plaintiffs’ Complaint that defendants, titans of the United States single-copy magazine industry, 1 engaged in an antitrust conspiracy to drive plaintiffs out of business. Prior to February 2009, four wholesalers dominated the single-copy national magazine industry, including Plaintiffs Anderson News, L.L.C. and Anderson Services, L.L.C. (together, “Anderson”).
