MEMORANDUM **

Appellant Robert W. Hall, a Nevada resident, appearing pro se, appeals the district court’s dismissal of his diversity action alleging that Club Corporation of America (“ClubCorp”),1 a Texas corporation, and Plaza Club-Hawaii, Ltd. ( “Plaza Club”), a Hawaii corporation, breached a contract providing him with lifetime membership benefits in an association of dining and social clubs.
