This case arises out of the termination of Plaintiffs, Keith Allard and Benjamin Graham, who were previously employed by *706Defendant; Michigan House of Representatives (the House). Plaintiffs have alleged that Defendant terminated Plaintiffs for reporting conduct by two members of the Michigan House of Representatives.
