This is an appeal from an interlocutory order appointing a temporary receiver to take charge of certain property owned by appellant and appellee as tenants in common, pending an action for its partition.
The sole error assigned is that the trial court erred in appointing a receiver.
Appellant initiated this action by the filing of his complaint for the partition of real estate owned by him and appellee, Esther Ziffrin, as tenants in common.
A temporary receiver was appointed on defendantappellee’s verified application filed on May 31, 1961.
