MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter came before the Court for determination on motion by G & C Con struction Corp. (“G & C”) requesting this Court to abstain from hearing and to remand to the Circuit Court of King George County, Virginia two separate but related cases. Both cases have heretofore been filed in state court but were removed to this Court upon the debtor’s Application for Removal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1478(a).
