This is an adversary proceeding in which the plaintiff, Brooklyn Jenapo Federal Credit Union (“Jenapo”) has requested this court determine that a lien obtained by it against real property previously owned by the debtor who has been granted a discharge in bankruptcy, is valid and may be enforced. Plaintiff has made the present motion for summary judgment stating that there are no issues of fact, but only an issue of law regarding whether the lien survived the bankruptcy.
