MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
HENRY J. BOROFF, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before this Court is a complaint filed by Rebecca Hicks against the Educational Credit Management Corporation (“ECMC”), the current holder of her student loans. Through her complaint, Rebecca Hicks asks this Court to rule that those student loan obligations are dis- chargeable under § 523(a)(8) of the Bankruptcy Code. 1
