Action by appellant for damages arising out of the death of appellant’s decedent, occasioned by the alleged negligence of appellee. Civil actions by administrators, to collect damages for death resulting from negligence are not controlled by the provisions of §§2977, 2978 Burns 1914, §2454 R.
