This matter came before the Court on September 23, 2015, upon the Objection to Confirmation of Plan filed by the Chapter 13 Trustee (the “Trustee”). At the hearing, Wes Schollander appeared on behalf of Tony Hubbard (the “Debtor”), Kathryn Bringle appeared as the Trustee, and Robert Price appeared on behalf of the United States Bankruptcy Administrator.
