Union Methodist Episcopal Church of Wilmington for itself and as successor1 to Scott Methodist Episcopal Church also of Wilmington brings this suit for instructions as to its rights and duties under the terms of a trust created under the last will and testament of Henry C. English who died in January, 1921.
