BEFORE THE COURT is Defendants James Craig Swapp and Swapp Law, PLLC's (collectively, "Defendants") Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Amended Complaint, ECF No. 80. Defendants move to dismiss Plaintiff Jade Wilcox's First Amended Class Action Complaint, ECF No. 69. The Court held a hearing in this matter on November 20, 2018.
