This matter came before the Court for hearing on May 26, 1981, upon the defendants’ motions to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, lack of personal jurisdiction and failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1), (2) & (6).
