On September 6, 1916, Julius Eranlc and his wife, Emma Eranlc, conveyed by warranty deed to their five children certain real estate in the city of Chicago. In this deed the following reservation was made: “Saving and expressly reserving from the operation of the above conveyance an estate in favor of said Emma Frank for the term of her natural life, full power and authority being hereby reserved in said Emma Frank to sell, convey, mortgage or lease said premises or any part thereof, it being the intention hereof that said Emma Frank shall have full and absolute. control of said premises…
