Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (Ingrassia, J.), rendered June 26, 1975, convicting him of murder in the second degree (four counts), kidnapping in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree, and burglary in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed.
