GLASSMAN, Justice.
After a jury-waived trial in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Delahanty, C.J.), Bobby Bowman appeals from the judgments entered on the court’s finding that he was guilty of aggravated assault, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 208 (1983), 1 and assault, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 207 (1983 & Supp.1991). 2 Contrary to Bowman’s contentions, the evidence is sufficient to support the court’s finding that Bowman was the perpetrator of the injuries inflicted upon the victim and that those injuries constituted “serious bodily injury” as defined by 17-A M.R.S.A. § 2(23) (1983). 3 We find no merit in…
