The decedent, Celia Block, died on October 15, 1935, at the age of seventy-three. She left surviving thirteen nephews and nieces. Letters of administration were issued to the respondent, Armin Trazenfeld, a nephew, on the 20th day of December, 1935. On September 22, 1937, the administrator filed his account of proceedings in which he charged himself with the sum of $21,565.76 and credited himself with the sum of $7,633.82, leaving a net balance of $13,931.94.
