HENDERSON, Judge.
Appellant sued out a writ of habeas corpus before Judge Dunklin of the Forty-eighth Judicial District of Tarrant County, Texas, to test the validity of certain ordinances of the city of Fort Worth regulating omnibuses and other vehicles engaged in carrying goods and passengers for hire in the city of Fort Worth and establishing stands for same. The district judge held the ordinances a legal exercises of the powers conferred by the charter of said city, and remanded relator, Vance, to the custody of, the marshal to answer to the complaint against him in said corporation court,…
