Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Joseph Fisch, J.), rendered February 19, 1993, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and upon his plea of guilty, of bail jumping in the first degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 3½ to 7 years and 2 to 4 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
