{¶ 1} This appeal involves a jury verdict in favor of the defendant in a personal injury case. Appellant, Kevin Sims, was involved in an automobile accident with appellee, Tiffany Dibler, in 2002. Appellee admitted that she caused the automobile accident. Trial was held in the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas on the issue of proximate cause of appellant’s spinal injury and on damages.
