This appeal arises out of an attachment execution issued by Stalwart Building and Loan Association, (herein referred to as Stalwart), upon seven shares of stock issued by Stenton Building and Loan Association, garnishee below and appellant herein, (referred to as Stenton) to Archibald and Anna F. Borbeck, execution defendants, and held by it as collateral security upon its mortgage loan to them.
