The Unemployment Compensation Board of Review affirmed the referee’s decision disallo,wing benefits to claimant William J. Moishos on the ground that he was self-employed within the meaning of section 402(h) of the Unemployment Compensation Law.1 On the claimant’s appeal, we reverse the board.
