This application for leave to appeal comes from a denial of post conviction relief by Judge Harris in the Criminal Court of Baltimore. In 1954, the applicant was sentenced to ten years on twelve charges of burglary. The ten years confinement in the Maryland House of Correction consisted of four years on one charge and two sentences of three years each on two other charges, to run consecutively. The sentences started on September 8, 1954, and on January 26, 1959, he was paroled. On September 6, 1960, he was returned for violation of parole, with a new sentence of eighteen months for…
