The State prosecuted a consolidated trial against Michael Lee Alberts, Sr., wherein he was charged with multiple offenses involving two children, D.G. and K.R. This appeal pertains to a jury finding of guilty of two counts of indecency by contact with D.G., a child, and one count of indecency by exposure to D.G. Punishment was assessed by the jury at five years’ imprisonment for each of the counts of indecency by contact with D.G., and four years’ imprisonment for indecency by exposure to D.G.
