This case comes before this court for review and adjudication under the provisions of 85611-2 GC on a petition in error to the finding and determination of the Tax Commission of Ohio. It involves a complaint by the plaintiff in error, a taxpayer of this county,-as to the valuation for purposes of taxation of a certain parcel of real estate located at the northeast corner of Euclid Avenue and East 21st Street in the city of Cleveland, having a frontage of 417 feet on the northerly side of Euclid Avenue, and extending through of equa’l width to Chester Avenue, N.
