Pending before the court is a motion by plaintiff, Knowledge Connections, Inc. (“KCI”), for attorneys’ fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), codified at 28 U.S.C. § 2412. In response to this motion (“Pl.’s Mot.”), the government has filed a Motion for Summary Denial of Plaintiffs Motion for Attorney Fees Pursuant to EAJA or for Indefinite Suspension of Defendant’s Obligation to Respond (“Def.’s Cross-Mot.”).
