I. Introduction

This is a consolidated appeal from a judgment that denied Healthcare Services of the Ozarks, Inc., d/b/a Oxford Healthcare (Oxford) recovery of damages on breach of contract claims in separate actions brought against former employees Pearl Walker Copeland and LuAnn Helms. The judgment, however, granted Oxford injunctive relief to enforce covenants not to compete executed by Copeland and Helms.
