This is a bill in chancery brought by appellants, Mary A. Wilkinson and 126 others, purchasers of stock of the Illinois Tractor Company, holding an aggregate of 1,8841/9 shares of stock, the individual holdings ranging in number from one to 115 shares, purchased at varying dates between November 24, 1917, and February, 1921, at amounts ranging from $100 to $150 per share.
