In 2004, Park Ridge police officer Matthew McGannon pulled over Marzena Sas-sak and Gregory Gorman for a minor traffic violation. The couple’s six-year-old daughter, A.G., was in the car at the time. After McGannon allegedly unlawfully arrested both Sassak and Gorman, he and other officers took the couple, along with A.G., to the police station.
