—Benjamin Poduska was a retail dealer, engaged in the hardware and implement business at Pocahontas. The appellee is a corporation, engaged in the business of selling, at wholesale, farm implements, machinery, tractors, trucks, and other general lines of merchandise pertaining to the operating of farms and construction work. There are involved in this controversy seven conditional sale contracts, three of which were entered into in the autumn of 1926, and the remaining four during the year 1927.
