Kenneth Edward Stuart appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 2 for the Western District of Arkansas upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of knowingly making false and fictitious statements to a firearms dealer in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6) and being a felon and knowingly possessing a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1), 924(e)(1). The district court imposed a mandatory sentence of 15 years on each count to run concurrently, 3 years supervised release and a special assessment of $100.00. Appellant argues for…
