Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe *1408County (David D. Egan, J.), rendered January 9, 2009. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum: On appeal from a judgment convicting him following a jury trial of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (Penal Law § 265.03 [3] [CPW 2d]), defendant contends that Supreme Court erred in refusing to suppress his written statement to the police. We reject that contention.…
