Affirming.

This action involves the position of school teacher in the Bed Hill school district No. 92 of Logan county for the school year 1931-32. The facts are these: Otis McElwain was elected subdistriet trustee of the Bed Hill school district No. 92 of Logan county in 1929. He qualified and discharged his duties as such trustee until the latter part of the year 1929 or the early part of 1930, when he permanently removed his residence from that school district.
