Gladwin Leasing, Inc. (“Gladwin”) appeals from an order of the bankruptcy court, 19 B.R. 588, allowing Norman Acker-man (“Ackerman”), trustee in bankruptcy for Copter, Inc. (“Copter”) to avoid a transfer of $17,440 made by Copter to Gladwin 99 days before Copter filed for bankruptcy pursuant to Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C. § 701 et seq.)
