The fourth ground of the motion for new trial complains that the trial judge abused his discretion in overruling the defendant’s motion for continuance. The motion was made on the ground that the defendant had not been afforded a reasonable opportunity to employ counsel of his choice. The evidence offered in support of the motion showed the defendant was arrested on January 18, 1963.
