The Liquidators of claimant European Federal Credit Bank Limited (“Eurofed”), acting on their own behalf and on behalf of Eurofed, together with plaintiff United States have filed a joint motion seeking the Court’s approval and entry of a Stipulation and Settlement Agreement (“the Settlement Agreement”) that resolves Eurofed’s claims in this forfeiture action. 1 Claimant Pavel Lazarenko objects to the Settlement Agreement, and he requests an evidentiary hearing to assess whether there exists a sufficient factual basis…
