The trial court awarded a decree of divorce to the plaintiff husband and denied the defendant wife a divorce on her cross-petition, and she appeals. Her appeal does not attack that part of the judgment awarding a divorce, her only contentions being that the trial court erred in refusing to award her alimony and an attorney’s fee of greater amount.
