This is an appeal by appellant, Emma Maeding, from a judgment of the district court of Fort Bend County granting the application of appellee, Paul G. Maeding, to probate the last will and testament of her husband, Ferdinand Maeding, deceased. Judgment had been rendered by the county court of Fort Bend County admitting said will to probate, from which judgment appellant, Emma Maeding, had perfected an appeal to the district court of Fort Bend County.
