I am unable to agree with the majority opinion and feel that it reaches a most unconscionable result.
This is a consolidated appeal of two cases. The majority opinion disposes only of the equity suit and grants possession of plaintiff’s property to defendant corporation. It does not dispose of the law action appealed, and it would follow that the defendant corporation would also have judgment in its law action against Patricia Scoggins and David Penney for $2,825.00.
