The plaintiff, Gerald Junker, brought this action in the circuit court of Peoria County to recover damages for injuries he sustained in a hunting accident. The jury set damages at $112,000 but attributed 65% of the fault to the plaintiff, reducing his award to $39,200; on claims for contribution filed by the two defendants, Albert Ziegler and Paul Bush, the jury apportioned 29% of the reduced award against Ziegler and 71% against Bush.
