Defendant was convicted by a jury of kidnapping in the first degree, rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, compelling prostitution, promoting prostitution, robbery in the third degree, operating a motor vehicle in violation of a habitual offender order, and felony driving while revoked. On appeal, he contended that the trial court erred in allowing, over his objection, testimony by a police officer regarding the complaining witness’ credibility.
