ATM Corporation of America (Employer) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) granting unemployment compensation to Rachel Petock (Claimant). In doing so, the Board reversed the decision of the Referee that Claimant’s refusal to authorize Employer to do a background check on her was insubordinate, rendering her ineligible for benefits.
